The Fifth Witness by Michael Connelly

The Fifth Witness - Mickey Haller is reduced to defending those whose homes are going into foreclosure.  His main opponent is a company that files foreclosures for the banks.  Lisa Trammel, one of Haller’s clients has been protesting, and has had a restraining order served against her.  Now, she wants Haller to defend her at her trial for the murder of one of the bank’s senior officers.
