Rising Phoenix by Kyle Mills

Rising Phoenix - An ex DEA agent has used his contacts and influence to poison the drug supply in the US.  Through his organization, he has taken out several full page ads in the major cities of the USA warning of the poison.  The drug takes up to 2 weeks to take affect, but is deadly.  Mark Beamon, FBI Agent, very much disliked by all his superiors but with the best solve record, is called back from his exile in Phoenix to Washington to find the perpetrator.
