Touching Evil - Maggie Barnes uses her special talents as a sketch artist for the Seattle police. Hollis Templeton is the latest victim of the Blindfold rapist. Hollis, with her eyes removed, naked, bruised, injured, and with only a voice in her head to encourage her; dragged herself out of the house where she was dumped to be found on the sidewalk by a passing man. As Hollis recovers, Maggie interviews her and other victims. She also visits the sites where the ladies were left. Meanwhile, John Garrett, a victim’s brother, calls in Quentin, who works for Bishop, to work unofficially on the case.

Besides being based on the psychic powers of the main characters, the theme of this book relies on reincarnation.
