- Maggie Barnes uses her special talents as a sketch artist for the Seattle police. Hollis Templeton is the latest victim of the Blindfold rapist. Hollis, with her eyes removed, naked, bruised, injured, and with only a voice in her head to encourage her; dragged herself out of the house where she was dumped to be found on the sidewalk by a passing man. As Hollis recovers, Maggie interviews her and other victims. She also visits the sites where the ladies were left. Meanwhile, John Garrett, a victim’s brother, calls in Quentin, who works for Bishop, to work unofficially on the case.
