Fearless Fourteen - Stephanie Plum, bounty hunter, goes to pick up Loretta Rizzi for missing her court hearing. Because Loretta is a single mom, she talks Stephanie into taking care of her son Mario until she can make bail again. Loretta’s brother, Dom, is a bank robber who has done his time and has been recently been release from jail. Dom & Loretta are Joe Morelli’s, Stephanie’s on again off again boyfriend, cousins. Dom believes that Joe’s house is rightfully his and that Mario is Joe’s son. Meanwhile, people are breaking into Joe’s house and dying. Then Loretta is kidnapped and Dom disappears and it seems the whole town converges on Joe’s backyard to dig for the loot that Dom stole from the bank.
