Blood Dreams by Kay Hooper

Blood Dreams (Bishop/Special Crimes Unit Novel) - Dani Justice has nightmares that come true. Her twin sister, Paris, is clairvoyant. Dani has come back to Venture in Prophet County to help Paris deal with her divorce. She is also here because of the dream she has been having involving Noah and Miranda Bishop, Hollis Templeton and a burning building a trap they have walked into knowingly. They are hunting a killer who abducts women even though they have taken precautions and leaves no clues. Now all they have is Marc Purcell, Dani's old boyfriend, Dani, Hollis, and Paris to fight whatever it is that is attacking these women.

Fast reading book however, you can't read it too fast because of the way dreams and predictions apparently are. If you do something it changes the outcome so the dream/prediction changes. I kept going back and forth between the dreams as well what happened in "real" life to determine what happened where and when.
