- Cole Jacoby, convicted bank robber, escaped custody and took refuge in a Tennessee mountain cabin. Jacoby hears voices that command him to commit acts of violence. The local FBI agent hired Haven to track Jacoby and report his whereabouts. Jacoby shoots Luther Brinkman, Haven's operative, who is rescued by FBI Agent Callie Davis. Davis' boss, Noah Bishop, placed her undercover in a nearby cabin.
