Nano by Robin Cook

Nano - Pia Grazdani, from Death Benefit,  has moved to Colorado to get away from New York City.  Employed at Nano, LLC, she is contributing to the development of nanobots.  However, after she finds an Asian runner in cardiac arrest who recovers almost immediately, she learns that there is more going on at Nano than the development of the nanobots.
