- On his way to the wedding, Jackson Oxenhandler stops at the bank. While he is in line, a robbery takes place. One of the robbers bumped into him and blaming Jackson shoots him. Holly Barker and her father Ham, along with FBI agent Harry Crisp investigate the robbery. In their investigation they come across a patriot group outside of Orchid Beach. Infiltrating the group is easy for Ham and he is quickly picked for an upcoming mission.
