Explosive Eighteen by Janet Evanovich
Explosive Eighteen: A Stephanie Plum Novel (Stephanie Plum Novels)

And there was an incident in Hawaii that caused her to come home early, but she refuses to talk about it. The gentleman who sat beside her on the first leg of her trip home is found dead in the LA airport. She finds a picture of an unknown man in her bag that the CIA, the dead guys fiance, and bad guys all want but she no longer has because she threw it away. Also, Grandma Mazur's new friend is convinced she has the cure for Stephanie's indecision about her love life. Lulu falls in love with one of their FTAs, and the trailer that Vinnie's Bail Bonds is using while their office is being rebuilt is blown up.
